The electric bike is an evolving industry in the U.S. Finding competent, experienced and committed service may on occasion still be a consumer concern.
However, our full service department was established in 1996 and is staffed to preferentially support the owners of the bikes they bought from us—and to do so expertly, promptly and flexibly.

We ship throughout the U.S. Inquire about shipping rates and how to set this up to your satisfaction whether you are hands on or hands off.
Bikes picked up in our Seattle and affiliated stores come assembled, tuned and adjusted with the manufacturer's warranty activated, a free 'new bike service' (within 60 days) and our preferential service commitment.
While accepting 'all' major credit cards we are continuing our practice of offering 3% off for cash purchases.
Shipping and Returns Policy
Bikes, parts and accessories are packed with great care to minimize shipping damage, which has been rare over the years. Please note however that in order to consider a damage claim the shipping companies absolutely require that the receiver (= bike customer) notes any damage immediately on actual delivery, retains the original packaging and promptly files a claim.

Our staff provides a zero pressure sales environment. We gladly expend any reasonable time and effort to assist the customer in making the right bike choice. If we have any reservations about your prospective choice you have our promise that we'll speak up. In view of this we cannot accept the return of a product beyond what is stipulated in the specific manufacturer's warranty.
Electric & Folding Bikes NW Shipping Policy & Disclaimer
Electric and Folding Bikes NW prides ourselves on the years of excellent customer service we have provided locally and nationally. However, once we ship a bike, we no longer retain control of the bike. We cannot be responsible for damage during shipping. The buyer must report any and all damage to the shipping company immediately upon receipt of the item, following the shipping company's policies. Additionally, we cannot be responsible for shipping delays. Even if we ship an item and receive a delivery date, please know that all delivery dates are estimated. Allowing for extra time to receive your shipment may alleviate delay issues. Upon receiving a bike from Electric and Folding Bikes NW, the buyer is responsible for finding competent service support. We are not responsible for repairs done to bikes outside of our own shop. We do not ship internationally. We may determine that a shipment to Canada is possible on a case by case basis. We have shipped to Alaska and Hawaii; however, it is very expensive. Thank You for shopping with us.
